1. Why choose RAWR over other meal prep companies?

 

RAWR is a local meal prep company, which means our food is delivered fresh, never frozen. Created by Certified Personal Trainers and Nutritionists to help clients reach their goals while enjoying delicious food. The Executive Chef has 12+ years of experience, and owns 2 local restaurants which serve healthy, organic meals daily.

We've taken the guess work out of eating healthy, and created meals to fit your macros. Not sure what your macros are? We can tell you after your nutrition consultation with our Certified Nutritionists, making it easy to lead a healthy lifestyle.

 

2. Where do you deliver?

 

Tampa Bay FL and surrounding areas including Brandon, Lithia, Riverview, Wesley Chapel, Land O Lakes and St Pete to name a few. If we are outside of your delivery area please contact us as we may be able to accommodate.

3. How much does it cost?

 

Prices vary according to your plan, but on average our customers spend about $120 per week, which includes both lunch and dinner for 10 days.

 

4. When will I receive my meals?

 

Meal orders must be placed by 12am Wednesday for Sunday morning delivery. If this does not work with your schedule, we would be happy to accommodate you by finding a time that works for you. Please email us with any special requests.

 

5. Is there a minimum spend required? And how often does your menu change?

 

The minimum spend for delivery is $50, and $0 for pick up. Our menu changes weekly.
 

6. What if I’m not home during delivery?

 

Please leave your previous cooler bag outside or let your driver know specific instructions for drop off.  We can deliver to a neighbor, front desk concierge or hide in your secret spot. Please just type these instructions in the notes. (We are not responsible for stolen meals)

7. Will my food stay fresh in transit?

Yes, our meals are transported in temperature-controlled bags, ensuring that your food remains fresh from our door to yours.

 

 

8.  Cancellation Policy:  Orders must be cancelled a week prior to billing cycle.  Any cancellations or freezes within that billing window will not be refunded
